Health Care Agency 17th Street Renovations - Medical Building

MIK Construction renovated all hallways within occupied 87,000SF Orange County Health Clinic building located in Santa Ana. The Project involved skim-coating walls, painting, LVT flooring, T-bar ceiling, fire sprinkler work, and new casework in 7 different phases. In addition, all public and staff restrooms were remodeled to meet the current ADA requirements.
1223 16TH STREET LINAC INSTALLATION - MEDICAL BUILDING

MIK Construction Inc. performed the total renovation with structural upgrades of a 2-Story commercial building. We worked with our design partners to upgrade the existing structure with new columns, new beams, etc. to open up the working spaces and all new finish work.

MIK Construction Inc. performed the renovation of a warehouse in the City of Anaheim. Orange County Public Works led the charge for the first year-round homeless shelter in Orange County. We participated in the Phase 1 portion of the construction.
